Cage The Elephant – “Mess Around” [Video]

Here is the video for Cage the Elephant’s first single “Mess Around” from their recently released album Tell Me I’m Pretty. The 10-song record was produced by Dan Auerbach of The Black Keys, mixed by Tom Elmhirst (Amy Winehouse, Adele, Florence + the Machine) and recorded at Easy Eye Sound in Nashville, TN, near the band’s home town of Bowling Green, KY. One listen and you can tell as the track has a catchy touch.

Lou Barlow – “Nerve” [Video]

Lou Barlow released Brace the Wave, his first solo album in six years, in September via Joyful Noise. Barlow has now shared a video for “Nerve,” a candid cut from the album that focuses on a broken relationship.

Directed by video maker and musician Adam Harding, the video’s images mirror its lyrics with shots of broken musical gear and a mix of personal footage from Barlow’s past, dating back to 1994, and his current home in Greenfield, MA.
