I always like when I hear a track and it immediately sinks into the right groove. That describes today’s Friday Fire Track from Sweden’s Kristoffer & The Harbour Heads. “Nervous In Berlin” is a very melodic burner of a song that will appeal to Band of Horses and My Morning Jacket fans.
You get the quick picture of the track when you hear the line “rather be nervous in Berlin than home with you” but when Kristoffer & The Harbour Heads give a bit more information as they roll out “if you fooled me once – shame on you, if you fooled me twice – shame on me,” the true emotional drive is exposed. The entire song has this same stirring jolt of realization but you can miss it because the delivery here is so confident.
You will be able to find this track on their US album debut, EX/EX, that is self-released today. Check out the song below and hit their Facebook page for more info.
