If you’re a fan of The White Stripes like The Fire Note, then you know how raw, primal, and fierce they can sound. Not to call their later work tame by any means but the Stripes were special early on. Their talent has always been highlighted in their records well beyond their singles hence our deep cut suggestions.
In order to come up with our purely opinionated list we have combed through the studio recordings for ten essential songs that loomed under all the singles and represent why the Stripes are so essential. We kept this pure and excluded live tracks and Third Man Record Vault releases.
With that said, let the debate begin and enjoy the Top 10 Deep Cuts from The White Stripes. We would love to hear what you all think! Also – if you click on the image it will take you to hear the song.
