The Friday Fire Track: Dentist – “Meet You There (In Delaware)”

This new jangle surf punk single from Asbury Park’s Dentist is why TFN likes to write about music. The foot tapping Friday Fire track today is just one of those songs every band would enjoy cranking out.

The quick bounce of the guitar, the beat perfect bass lines in the background and a peppering drum that glues the music together enables “Meet You There (In Delaware)” to soar. Of course, it also wouldn’t work without the slightly fuzzed vocals of lead singer Emily Bornemann as she swirls and slashes in and out with style.

This track is off the band’s new LP, Ceilings, which was released last week on June 24 via Little Dickman Records. The band also has some July dates listed below if you want to check them out live!
