Track Premiere: Kissing Party – “New Glue”

track premiere kp
We are happy today to premiere the second song from Kissing Party’s forthcoming album, Looking Back It Was Romantic But At The Time I Was Suffocating. What most people probably don’t know is that Denver’s Kissing Party has been releasing material since around 2006, so they are a real gem just waiting for some deserved exposure.

“New Glue” is a step in the right direction, as it highlights their likeable playful side with the track’s stylistic bounce. Singer Deirdre Sage’s polished voice stays just above the riveting guitar, bass and drums which gives “New Glue” its indie rock edge. Kissing Party bring back good memories of the early 90’s with their Velocity Girl type vocal and Breeders like rock!

Looking Back It Was Romantic But At The Time I Was Suffocating is due out June 30 via Fleeting Youth Records, which is currently available for pre-order on limited cassette and digitally right HERE.
